The Cultural Center is operated by the Marshallese Cultural Society, a nonprofit organization of the Marshallese Islands. Cultural Center activities take place under the terms of an MOU with the US Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA). Funding comes from grants, donations, proceeds from money-raising activities, and from USAKA's Environmental Department.
